Prices and Terms of Payment:
Payments for orders can be made by Laser or credit card(over the phone) or credit card (Visa,MasterCard/VISA/AMEX) through PayPal. Customers also have the option to prepay by posted cheque (5 working days for clearance), Euro Bank Draft,to avail of this facility please contact us Tel:051 857554
Product Fees & Charges:
All prices at Mc’s Outdoor Store include 23% (VAT). Item sent outside of the EU will not be charged vat.
We provide Shipping worldwide. All items are priced for shipping individually. Unlike some of our competitors, we do not make profit from delivery charges. All Internet orders received before 2pm will be shipped the same day (where item/s are in stock). Internet orders received after 2pm will be shipped the next day (approx delivery time within Ireland 1-2 working days) and overseas orders will take longer to deliver depending on the country the goods are going to(we will try to give an estimated time for delivery). Delays may also be experienced during certain times of the year(Christmas period) and if this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or email.
Orders sent by courier: Delivery times are usually between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. All courier deliveries will need a signature on receipt and if there is no one present to receive the delivery a card will be left. For your convenience, we are happy to ship to your work address. Following collection by a courier from our store we can provide online tracking information for your order.
Oversea orders sent by post: are sent by Registered post(tracking number provided & insured).Your item will be weight and postage cost will be caluclated. An e-mail will be sent to you once a total has been confirmed.Once agreed with customer we will send you a paypal money request for amount or balance due before item is dispatched.
Cancellations: You can cancel your order at any stage once your item/s haven’t been shipped.This can be done either by phone(which you will find on our homepage) or by e-mail(email@example.com). If your item(s) have been sent and you still wish to cancel your order please contact us once you receive your goods (please see Return and Refund policy below).
Return and Refund policy:
We only accept returns for a Credit notes or full refunds.
– In the case of faulty goods upon receipt.
– If an Item does not meet the description of the product ordered.
Goods can be returned for a full refund if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched. If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, they can be returned for a refund, but only for the cost of the goods if they have incurred a delivery charge. All returns must be organised within 21 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and still have their original packaging and labelling attached. If you are returning any goods for exchange, we are no responsible for the carriage back to us or the postage back to you again, please consider this when changing your mind.
Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any delivery charge paid where appropriate.)
E.U. Region Warranties & Customer Support. Any problems or faults with equipment will be viewed upon within the terms of the supplied manufactures 12 month E.U. warranty. Contact information for approved service agents in your region can, where possible be supplied upon request. Any queries or problems regarding equipment will be answered within the quickest possible time. We must be informed of any problems with any product within 72 hours of receipt of such items. Items must be returned within 21 days.Problems or faults with Equipment within the first 21 days after receipt of such products will be exchanged or repaired. (At manufactures discretion in light of warranty conditions) All Items must be completed and in the same condition as we shipped including all Manuals, Packing and Accessories. Returns or full refunds are only accepted if under these conditions.
How to return items:
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone(051857554) to let us know which item you wish to return. You can send the Item(s) back to our business address or to the manufacture (we will decided this by phone). We will contact you as soon as we receive the item(s) back and will replace or refund your items in the quickest possible time
Privacy Notice information:
Information collected at the online store will not be shared, sold or traded outside of Mc’s Outdoor Store without our visitors consent. In the case of product orders placed at www.mcsoutdoorstore.ie, name, address, phone and credit card information will be collected in order to fulfill the order. Credit card information will be shared with our credit card processing vendor, but only for the purpose of processing the credit card transaction.

However, Mc’s Outdoor Store cannot accept responsibility for errors but where such errors are brought to our attention they will be ammended accordingly. Mc’s Outdoor Store shall have no liability to the client for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from the use of these services. Mc’s Outdoor Store strongly recommends that you print a copy of the Terms and Conditions, and retain printed records of receipts for any online service used.
