We only accept returns for a Credit notes or full refunds.

Goods can be returned for a full refund if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched. If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, they can be returned for a refund, but only for the cost of the goods if they have incurred a delivery charge. All returns must be organised within 21 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and still have their original packaging and all labeling attached. If you are returning any goods for exchange, we are not responsible for the carriage back to us. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any delivery charge paid where appropriate.)
E.U. Region Warranties & Customer Support. Any problems or faults with equipment will be viewed upon within the terms of the supplied manufactures 12 month E.U. warranty. Contact information for approved service agents in your region can, where possible be supplied upon request. Any queries or problems regarding equipment will be answered within the quickest possible time. We must be informed of any problems with any product within 72 hours of receipt of such items. Items must be returned within 21 days.Problems or faults with Equipment within the first 21 days after receipt of such products will be exchanged or repaired. (At manufactures discretion in light of warranty conditions) All Items must be completed and in the same condition as we shipped including all Manuals, Packing and Accessories. Returns or full refunds are only accepted if under these conditions.

We will contact you as soon as we receive the item(s) back and will replace or refund your items in the quickest possible time
